Water Station Prototype

Automatic refill system for reusable bottles

The prototype dispenses water into reusable bottles, automating the entire refill process. It verifies the correct bottle placement, fills the predefined amount, and displays the progress on screen. The system is operated through a tablet interface, integrated into the machine body.

The control software supports multiple languages and includes QR code scanning, statistics tracking, and event logging. Designed with scalability in mind, the system can be expanded into a larger network of devices and integrated with external IT systems.

Our role: Electronics and mechanics integration, sensor control, HMI (tablet GUI) development, software programming, and prototype testing.

We design and implement industrial LoRaWAN networks – built for low-power devices, secure data transmission, and reliable telemetry. Our expertise covers GUI and API integration, edge computing, and long-term maintenance of industrial monitoring systems.

TETRAMAX – part of the HORIZON 2020 project TETRAMAX (TTX, No. 761349): an innovative LoRa-based communication solution designed for industrial cybersecurity, energy efficiency, and reliability.

LoRa Sensor Modernisation – an R&D initiative focused on modernising LoRa sensor networks and developing edge computing solutions for industrial and agricultural sectors. The goal: smarter, safer, and more energy-efficient IIoT systems.

Electronics and firmware platform for data acquisition and telemetry

Inostorage is an industrial electronics and firmware platform designed for real-time data collection, processing, and transmission. The project unites hardware, communication, and software expertise to deliver a reliable edge telemetry and integration solution for industrial environments.

This modular industrial system enables sensor and device data collection, edge processing, and secure cloud transmission. It focuses on energy efficiency, connection reliability, and safe data handling.

Our role: Electronics design, PCB development, firmware (C/C++), system integration, testing, and industrial implementation.

Horas OEE

Real-time efficiency analysis and downtime monitoring

Horas OEE is an equipment efficiency monitoring and analysis system based on the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) methodology. It measures production performance in real time, tracks Availability, Performance, and Quality indicators, and helps manufacturers identify downtime causes – ultimately improving operational efficiency.

The system automates data collection from machines, PLCs, and sensors, visualizing OEE metrics through intuitive dashboards and reports. It provides production teams with a clear overview of performance and downtime reasons across shifts and lines.

Our role: Data collection from PLC/SCADA systems, GUI and API development, database architecture, visualization design, testing, and industrial implementation.

PARS

Centralised patient administration, registration, and scheduling in one place

PARS is a patient administration and registration system designed to manage healthcare operations – from appointment scheduling to visit tracking and reporting. It integrates scheduling, patient records, billing, and data management into one secure, user-friendly platform, making administrative work faster and more transparent.

The system centralises patient and service data, simplifies daily tasks for registrars and specialists, and provides useful reports for management. User permissions and audit logs ensure secure and compliant data handling.

Our role: GUI and workflow design, database modelling, and integration support.
